Rates
Formats with a predictable scope have a published price. Project work — case studies, white papers, sequences, releases — is quoted, because the cost is driven by interviews and research, not by word count.

Included in all three: an outline for approval, research with sources in the text, meta title and description, one revision round, and delivery in five working days. The article for AI citations adds a record of what ChatGPT and Perplexity answer at delivery and 30 days later; four of them are $549, the same as four blog articles.
Cheaper B2B content exists. It is a different product: a draft nobody checked, sources nobody opened. This price buys sources you can click, an editor who answers for the facts, and one person who has written B2B before. The blog is made the same way. Read a post before you decide.
Project work
Every quote is a fixed price for a written scope. If the scope changes, we requote before doing the work, not after.
- Case study — quoted on the number of interviews and how much of the project has to be reconstructed rather than read.
- White paper — quoted on the depth of research and how many of your experts are involved.
- Email sequence — quoted on the number of emails and the research behind each one.
- Press release — quoted on whether quotes need interviews and partner sign-off.
Payment
- Card, through a payment link sent with the invoice.
- Articles and monthly packages are paid up front; project work is 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
- Refunds: before delivery, on request, no questions. After delivery, we fix the work — and a factual error is corrected immediately and at no cost.
Questions about rates
Do you offer discounts for volume?
The four-article package is the standard volume rate. Above eight articles a month, the planning changes as much as the price does, so we quote it as a programme. Tell us the volume.
What is not included?
Design and layout, publishing into your CMS, image sourcing, distribution, and running your email platform. Translation and localisation are quoted separately.
Can we pause a monthly package?
Yes, before the next cycle starts. There is no minimum term and no penalty. Unused articles in a cycle you have already paid for are refunded pro rata or carried into the next month, whichever you prefer.
