Case study · 1,000 words
Cutting a three-week onboarding to four days
A composite scenario written to show the format: situation, solution and result, with the trade-offs left in.
Quoted per project
A case study from us is a customer story built from an interview with your customer, in a situation–solution–result structure, with every number agreed by that customer before publication, plus a one-page version for sales. It is quoted per project on the number of interviews involved.
A case study is not a testimonial. Nobody reads one to find out whether you are nice to work with. It gets read at the end of the process, by someone who has almost decided and wants evidence that the same thing worked somewhere it mattered.
Without access to the customer, a case study is weaker, and it is fair to say so before you buy one. We can write an anonymised version from your side of the project — “a logistics operator with 400 vehicles” — and it still works. It just works less well than a named customer with a number.
Quoted per project. The variable is the number of interviews and how much of the material has to be reconstructed rather than read.

Yes, from your project material — and it will be a thinner story. The lines people quote from case studies are almost always things the customer said, not things the vendor wrote about them.
The customer does, in writing, before anything is published. We send the draft with every figure marked so approval takes ten minutes rather than a week.
The one-page text is included. Turning it into a designed PDF is a design job — we hand over the text, formatted and ready for your designer to lay out.
Tell us who the customer is and what changed. You get a scope and a price within one working day.
