Terms of use

These terms cover the use of this website and the writing work commissioned through it. The supplier is the writer behind b2bcopywriter.net, reachable at[email protected]. A signed client agreement, where one exists, takes precedence.

Using this site

The texts published here — portfolio pieces, blog posts and page copy — are ours. Quote a paragraph with a link if it is useful to you; republishing whole pieces, or feeding the site wholesale into a service that reproduces it, is not permitted.

Quotes and scope

Rates published on this site are for the scope described next to them. A quote we send is valid for 14 days and states the format, the length, the delivery date and the price. Work begins when you accept it in writing.

Your input

You supply the brief, product material and any facts only you hold, and you are responsible for their accuracy. Where a piece needs an interview, you arrange the introduction. Delays in answering brief questions or approving an outline move the delivery date by the same number of working days.

Delivery and revisions

Blog articles: five working days from outline approval. Press releases: three working days. Case studies and white papers: on the schedule set in the quote. Each piece includes one revision round — a written list of points, returned within two working days. White papers include one or two rounds, set in the quote. Corrections to factual errors are made without cost and do not use up the revision round. A change of direction after delivery is new work and is requoted.

Payment

Articles and monthly packages are paid before work starts. Project work is 50% on acceptance of the quote and 50% on delivery. Payment is by card, through a payment link sent with the invoice. Monthly packages have no minimum term and can be stopped before the next cycle begins.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before delivery and you are refunded in full, without explanation. After delivery, we correct the work rather than refund it — the revision round covers changes, and factual errors are fixed at no cost and without limit. Paid but unused articles in a monthly cycle are refunded pro rata or carried forward, at your choice.

Ownership and publication

Copyright in delivered work transfers to you on payment. We do not resell it, reuse it or publish it, and it does not appear in our portfolio without your written agreement. Until payment, the work remains ours. A refund reverses the transfer: copyright returns to us on the day the money is returned, and the piece may not be published or used from then on.

Confidentiality

Briefs, documents, interview material and drafts are confidential. We sign your NDA on request, and for case study work we treat your customer’s material with the same care as your own.

No performance guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, replies, leads or revenue, and we would not trust a supplier who did. What is guaranteed is the piece described in the quote, delivered on the agreed date, with its claims sourced and checked.

Limits of liability

Liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for it, and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Work we decline

We may decline or withdraw from a project where the brief requires claims that cannot be sourced, where publication would mislead the reader, or where the subject is outside what we can research responsibly. Any payment for work not done is returned.
