Quoted per project
B2B email copywriting
B2B email copywriting from us is a sequence — cold, nurture or newsletter — written for a long sales cycle, with subject-line options, send logic and one revision round. It is quoted per project on the number of emails and the research behind each one.
A B2B email is read by a busy person with someone else’s problem on their mind. The first two lines decide whether there is a third, and the whole thing turns on one question the reader answers unconsciously: why would I reply to this?
Formats
01
Cold outreach sequence — 4 to 6 emails
Built around one specific, checkable observation about the recipient’s situation. Follow-ups add something new instead of asking again whether they saw the last one.
02
Nurture sequence after a download
For someone who took your white paper and is not ready to talk. The sequence earns the conversation by being useful before it asks for anything.
03
Regular newsletter
A repeatable format your team can sustain — one idea, one piece of evidence, one link — rather than a monthly panic about what to send.
What you get
Not included: setting up or operating your email platform, list building, and deliverability work. We write the words; your team or your ESP consultant runs the sending.
- The email texts, written to a fixed sequence length agreed in the quote
- Two or three subject-line options per email
- The send logic: order, timing, and what triggers an exit from the sequence
- One revision round
What one looks like
Subject: your Q3 supplier audit Subject: 40 vehicles, three depots, one spreadsheet Hi [name], Your careers page lists two new depot managers in Rotterdam — usually a sign the fleet grew faster than the systems behind it. We wrote a five-page breakdown of what breaks first when a logistics operation passes 400 vehicles, and what the three common fixes actually cost. No form, here is the link: [link] If it is useful, I will send the follow-up on maintenance scheduling. If not, tell me and I will stop. [signature]
The observation in the second paragraph is the part that matters. Without something specific and checkable, the rest is a template — and B2B buyers have read every template.
Quoted per project, driven by the length of the sequence and how much research each email needs.
Discuss a sequenceQuestions
Do you write cold outreach that complies with our list rules?
We write to the rules you give us — the jurisdictions you send into, the opt-out language your legal team requires, and any list your compliance policy excludes. We do not supply lists and we do not advise on whether your sending is lawful; that decision stays with you.
Can you work from our existing sequence?
Yes, and it is often the cheaper route. Send what you have with whatever numbers you have on it, and we rewrite what is failing instead of replacing what works.
Do you set up the ESP?
No. You get the texts, the subject lines and the send logic in a document your team can load into the platform in an afternoon.
We do not publish reply-rate or conversion figures from other people’s campaigns. They cannot be verified from the outside, they depend on a list we did not build, and a number we cannot stand behind is not a selling point.
